This carton was circulating on Twitter earlier this week. It made me smile and also made me think about what would you give a Doctor Who fans, young and old for Christmas this year?

It’s worth keeping in mind that 2014 saw the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who, so quality items to commemorate 50 years are likely to become collectors items in years to come.

This is the first Doctor Who Christmas Annual to feature the  Twelfth Doctor played by Peter Capaldi. I’m sure it will keep lots of little Doctor Who fans quiet for a few hours over the Christmas holidays.

I think the Doctor Who 12-inch 50th Anniversary Collector Edition Dalek could really become a collectors item in years to come. Any Doctor Who fan would be really please to have this in their collection.
