Snow Globe

I have confession to make.  I love snow globes.  Nothing sums up better Christmasy glittery decorations than a pretty snow globe.

Snow globes were originally made by the Vienna Snow Globe Company in 1905 and are still made and finished there by hand there.  However, there are many snow globes to choose from either an expensive keepsake or pretty addition to a children’s bedroom.

I have loved them since I was a child and will look to find another one this year.  Some of my current favourites are seen below.  I particularly like the nativity scene as a child’s gift.
