Just one last blog post now to wish you all a happy Christmas. If you are cooking Turkey tomorrow then you might like to read my Turkey Cooking Tips page. A couple of final tips tonight. Try and declutter the kitchen and get out everything you need tomorrow. If you are worried about oven space then just cook the turkey first, then take it out and wrap in foil and cover with clean towels to keep the heat in. This actually improves the bird by letting the juices soak back into the meat and it will still be lovely and hot an hour or so later, which is plenty of time to cook your roast potatoes and parsnips etc.
