Having been a fan of the Philip Kingsley for many years and I can definitely say that their Elasticizer is the best thing I have used for my highlighted hair. I have fine hair and usually I would think that such a product might weigh it down but it doesn’t. It does dramatically improves the condition and leaves my hair look full and bouncy. I think that this is because it is a pre wash treatment so you are shampooing and conditioning after Elasticizer has been washed away. Even my husband notices when I use it and actually said ‘Wow, your hair looks shiny!’ Not bad considering I usually have to leap in front of him and announce when I have been to the hairdressers just so he says a lacklustre ‘Ah, very nice’.
