Bake Off to get two Christmas special shows

Christmas Bake Off Special

It’s 170 days until Christmas and we’ve just learnt that The Great British Bake Off is to get two Christmas specials later this year, with four bakers from previous series doing three seasonal challenges.

Judges Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry will continue to preside over the competition, once again presented by Sue Perkins and Mel Giedroyc.

BBC director of content Charlotte Moore said: “Mary, Paul, Mel and Sue are the perfect recipe for the festive season.”

The shows will replace the Bake Off Masterclass programmes.

The first Sunday in Advent 2015
